How the team works
Specialists in process design, software engineering, data, and adoption take part as each project requires.
Each agent has a defined role, inputs, boundaries, and review criteria, following the same principles of role, boundaries, and review used in client projects. We use agents internally to support project execution and test the principles we apply in client projects.
The two partners are responsible for solution design, executive decisions, and client deliverables.
The two partners

Strategy · adoption · executive decisions
Before founding MIND Station, he spent more than 16 years as a CFO, COO, and founder at technology companies. At MOTHERSHIP, he frames the problem, defines responsibilities with the team, and plans the adoption work needed for agents to go live while keeping people accountable for decisions deemed critical.

Process · architecture · prototyping
He has nearly 30 years of experience in sales, retail, consumer goods, entrepreneurship, and process transformation. A graduate of FGV EAESP, he worked in large-scale operations before moving into strategy and process work. He maps processes to make them measurable and turn them into system requirements, and compares technical options before development begins.

The first conversation is with the partners. We learn which process places the greatest strain on your operation, who takes part in it, and what information is available, then recommend where to start.
